Reformation day!

Last night our church had a Reformation day party in honor of when Martin Luther nailed his 95 theses to the church door in Whiten Burg on October 31 1517.

We all arrived at the church building at about 5:40 and Pastor Otis opened us up with prayer and then we did a Psalm sing in four part Harmony which was really nice I love the Psalms and would love to learn to sing more. (and how to sing the alto parts) After the singing Pastor Otis did a short talk on the Reformation then after that the rest of the night was spent in playing games and fellowship, it was so much fun! First we had two games of Pit going at one time and that was a blast then the guys took turns playing washers and those who were not playing or watching joined in playing some Catch Phrase and at the end of the night most everyone joined in to Catch Phrase and we had a great game. We had tons and tons of fun it was so hard to end the party and we kept it going till it was 10:30. (now who says that us Presbyterians are frozen chosen? :))
I hope y'all had as great a Reformation day as we and our church did.
